I'm a new customer and so far ordered once from them a week ago.
I like their website a lot more than other brands. They have an easy to navigate website and ordering system. The online chat is meaningless as its usually not staffed, so its basically a contact us link.
Their customer service via email is prompt (it is first order) and processing was noticeably fast. I most-like how they packaged and shipped the ordered, even if the bag somehow ended up being opened, there is no telling whats inside the 2nd-bag. Well packaged. Returning for second order today.
