No complaints (great selection, friendly staff) except to the branch manager Joe Naleck who is awful at reconciling customer issues. Wrong item given during transaction despite my accurate order. No refund or partial credit to the product I intended to buy. Now stuck with $70 bill on item I DID NOT ORDER, and need to pay full price for what I wanted in the first place! Terrible service to loyal customer. Shop elsewhere!!
