I have been coming here for over 6 years. They are packaging everything underweight and there’s no discrepancies in that. The last 3 times that I have bought bud from them the 1/8(3.5g) are packed short at 3g only. I called last time, and the rude manager told me they would fix it for me. Once I bought a house joint, and when I got home and opened it, the tube was empty. I brought It bak to the shop to show them that I paid for an empty tube, the manager was again very rude, had the audacity to question if it was really empty when I bought it, basically accused me of lying and smelled the packaging.Yesterday I went, and once again all four 1/8ths that I bought were significantly underweight weighing in at 3g only. I’m not going to call this time, just going to go to a different shop in encino/Sherman oaks area. I gave them more than one chance, and this is no way to treat loyal clients. The bud tenders are very nice and friendly so it’s a shame that management is so crooked.
