When I got medical card this spring, Kind Heart was my neighborhood shop, and the first place I went to. From day 1, I've gotten great service. Josh, Joel & everyone I've encountered there are awesome. They always have great suggestions, know their products well, and won't sugar-coat to up-sell. They have great deals, too. Even though they are busier now that there's recreational business, I've never had to wait very long for help. I do feel what one reviewer said about the prepack issue, but I do appreciate the fact that envelopes produce less waste than the hard plastic packaging some shops use, but maybe clear ones would be better. I've seen them in Washington.
