I called about trying to get an exchange because I tried the prerolls I ordered when i got home. When I first sparked it and tasted it, it tasted horrible and so dry, almost as if they rolled straight trim. Brandon who answered my call said just said "theres nothing we can about that, just because you don't like it we can't return it."

The prerolls need to be stuffed in a bigger cone or don't grind the bud so much, they are super tight and can't get a decent hit out of them.
