They used to be great. Notice all 5 star reviews are from 2 years ago. 1 good review n 2019? Changed price $20 more after completing checkout mysteriously. Not good customer service. Started a live chat. Representative said she would have someone from management call (her words not mine) then she called thinking I wouldn’t notice? I asked her if she was the management. Wow. She sad no. Then blamed me for issue and wouldn’t fulfill request. Management never called. Delivery was 1.5 hours after the delivery time given. Which happens regularly. 3 out of 5 times. So I said they will probably loose a loyal customer. the response? I get an email saying they deactivated my account because of “inappropriate behavior” and violating terms of service. That’s funny. Please save yourself frustration. Not worth the hassle for once in a while decent service. Plenty of other good deliveries here in San Francisco.
