I have been shopping here on and off for almost 2 months and recommend you don't use this place unless it's a last resort. This location does not pickup phones EVER. I've tried prob over 30 times in the last week alone. They also don't reply to emails. Twice this week I placed an order that got accepted but I never received a pickup confirmation so I could not enter the store. This means I cannot call, text, email, or physically speak to anyone at this location. Both times they let the order time out after 2-3 hours. There's no way for me to contact them to see why and no feedback of any kind. The service is absolutely terrible and a headache to deal with. I wish the owners would do something about it and actually care about their customers.
