You have a special for Valentines day however you didn't have enough inventory (heart box) you sold the last box 30 minutes on Valentine's day. Poor marketing if you don't inventory to get you through the day or halfway... It will be a minute before I return... seeing that it was a whatever thing..

My only problem is the time you spend on hold. I called twice about my online order and was put on hold both times. 1st time 6 minutes second time 11 minutes... I understand being busy however that was actually to ridiculous for me See you is several weeks. This left a bad taste!!!

I got the call about Valley Girl being in. I called to place an order on hold, however never been to tru/med.. I was able to place an order on hold for pickup and when I got there was given everything was ready all I needed to do was paperwork and pay... Great service from beginning to end!!!!
