First time shopping at this dispensary. I had been excited to visit for over a year and was so disappointed with the customer service from check in to check out. Unprofessional and rude. The Budtender didn’t even know any of the answers to the questions I had about their own product on the shelves. When the “manager” came to assist me he was even worse than the budtender. He laughed at the questions I asked and told me if I didn’t like them I could just leave. I will never shop at this dispensary again. It’s too bad this place has decent product, but is unprofessional, rude and not educated on what is in the shop. I would save your time and find any other dispensary that doesn’t make you feel belittled while trying to learn and find out what you like. It seemed that no one wanted to be there and was bothered if anyone asked any sort of questions. Worst dispensary ever.
