Sadly, this order was not a success. I ordered 4 pre-rolls at 7:19pm on Tuesday. This establishment states it closes at 9pm and states 1-2 hours for delivery. 1 hour later, I checked on my order via calling the phone number provided. I received a text back asking how they can help me. I let them know I placed an order and wanted to make sure it was being delivered. 10 min later I got a text response asking for a screenshot of my order. I sent it immediately. 30 min went by and no response. It is now 8:53pm, and I texted hello? No response. The next day, I get a text message asking if I still want my delivery at 12:12pm in the afternoon, where I reply yes. I asked for a call because it states texts cannot be used to discuss this through my phone provider. They did not comply, and they responded with, "what's your question". I wanted to know if the product came properly labeled so I could tell the difference between products. No reply for 30 min. At this point, I decided to cancel my order because they are not communicating with me and I needed this order by 3pm today. I will take my business elsewhere. I really wanted to use this service, but this was such a disappointment.
