I'm sitting here taking hits off a bowl of Conspiracy Kush and sliding into relaxation.. Just as smooth as sledding in freshly fallen snow on Mount Lemmon. One of the smoothest transitions ever. A gentle wave of bliss. And then I look at my very last nug, and I'm realizing I need to restock NOW while I can get it. And the ONLY place to get it is at Downtown Dispensary, since it's their organically grown bud. Now. I could just say "Nice place, great people, good meds", and leave it at that. That says it simply and quickly. But every time I visit the Downtown Dispensary I have such a stellar experience. Everyone there is so wonderful about taking their time with me. I want to do them justice by taking my time with them here. They take customer service to a whole other dimension. They have someone there to walk you to and from your car since their parking is in the back of the building. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by the gentle wafting scent of the treasures that await. There is a welcoming smile for you when you check in. Love is in the air, or at least peace and happiness. The bud tenders are more than friendly, they are extremely informative and happy to help in every way. They've taught me all about cannabinoids and terpenes, and help me pick the strains that will best target the specific symptoms I am trying to treat. What they don't know they will look up for you. The Downtown Dispensary regularly has many of their batches lab tested for purity and content. Instead of a general range, you can know what the THC and CBD etc. levels actually are. And they can give you a heads up when the current batch of whatever is significantly more or less potent than the last. I've always been impressed with the quality of the flower buds. Always fresh. Always. There's consistently a good selection along the entire spectrum. All the edibles that I've tried have been excellent quality. The prices are good. When you factor in that you get a free pre-roll with every purchase of $20. or more then you realize the prices are excellent, especially considering the quality of both the meds, and the exemplary service. Most of all, the entire staff is AWESOMMMME!

I tried it, I liked it! I went to my favorite dispensary looking for Shark Shock and my bud tender suggested I try Buddha's Sister. As soon as I got home I tried it, and it was exactly what I was looking for. High CBD levels and moderate to low THC, making it for me the perfect evening choice. My body relaxed, my stress levels dropped right away. And, I felt happy! Both my anxiety and depression faded away. For a while the THC helped me get some things done, I was functional, a rarity. Finally it was time to rest and eat. I need the motivation to eat, I have chronic nausea. So hungry but not ravenous is exactly what I need. This strain is now on my "Try to always have on hand list."

I really enjoyed Larry as my "it's finally evening and I can relax" go to strain. Happy, mellow, relaxed, restful without being over powering. A nice mid-range strain I'd happily use when I don't need or want to be couch locked.

This was my first ever visit to a dispensary, and a very pleasant experience. Although the selection was low, only 5 strains at the time, since it was my first time it was plenty for me. I was lucky enough to be there when they were giving a free eighth to new customers! I'll be monitoring the selection and specials, and be back.
