Out of only 2 dispensary’s in Arcata, I first went here due to the other dispensary’s lack of concentrate variety. Not only did I find that HPRC has a wide variety of concentrates, but a highly impressive and large array of flower, edibles, clones and everything in between. Inside of the building is very professional yet homey feeling and the staff is very passionate and knowledgeable about all of the products. First time that a free dispensary pre roll didn’t run or go out every 5 seconds. Solid place.
