I have been shopping here for years. I placed my order on Leafly. When I got there to pick up order there was a discrepancy with the charged price. I checked my phone to verify if I was right and after some debate they realized they charged me incorrectly and adjusted the price to what I was supposed to pay. I didn't recognize any of the staff. I felt the man behind the glass didn't even care to try to make things right. In the past there have been different employees who have been much more helpful. I miss them. With a new dispensary open right down the block I now pass 4 dispensary's closer to my house on the way to Doctors Orders. I will go again but if service remains unchanged I will have to bring my business elsewhere.

Customer service is poor. Product is pre-weighed in black plastic bags so you can't even see product. Got home, a full gram of shake between two 3.5 gram bags. With so many better options close by sorry to say I will not be going here again.
