The quality is inconsistent. Especially for the prices. Last time I went I bought an 8th and some RSO. RSO is about $50 but usually lasts a long time. Unfortunately the last product that I bought was tainted and RUNNY! Anyone who's had RSO before knows it thick and sticky. Getting it out of the syringe is usually easy because of this fact. It comes out slow and it's easy to measure this way. The last syringe of RSO that was runny ended up literally splattering ALL OVER my bathroom! It was pretty difficult to get cleaned off of everything and obviously it was wasted. I'm so upset about this. I expected better. It is as if the manufacturer watered it down so that buyer is getting $25 worth of product for $50.

Very professional and friendly. Delivery came exactly when they said it would. Jordan was a nice guy and was well organized. I liked the fact that he felt comfortable enough coming to my front door to deliver (rather than my garage where google maps take you). About to try the product. It looks good. Very pleased with the service. The professional and courteous staff make all the difference!

One name. PAIGE! I'm SO happy to see this bud tender working here. I went to another place until it closed and hadn't seen this girl for months. She is by far THE best there is! Very knowledgable and will give an honest opinion and advice when you ask for it. She's trustworthy and had an awesome personality and she gives great customer service (she even remembered my name from months ago and gave me a hug). The actual place and product are decent. Good quality medicine and selection, the place is small and some of the bud tenders I found to be somewhat vacant and disinterested in the customer. Now Paige is there I won't hesitate to return. She really brightens your day/the room! Good move on the businesses part because (as I mentioned) the one thing that let the place down was some of the staff (I can think of 2 in particular who fit the vacant and disinterested category). Thanks for hiring a good staff member who knows her stuff and knows how to treat patients.
