I leave a very vivid description of how I would like my medicine delivered to me. But rather than calling when your package arrives or knocking on my door the delivery driver decided it was a good idea to leave my package outside and not notify me. To make a long story short. My landlord found the package and called the police on me including child protective services I now face many hardships because of the irresponsibility of the delivery driver that is not a discreet delivery or professional what so ever. As far as the service goes it’s very convenient but definitely not worth it seeing as the quality of the products is mediocre in comparison. If my order was made after 5 pm I wouldn’t count on receiving my order until about 11:30pm. Every interaction I’ve had with customer service has not been positive but rather quite condescending not helpful whatsoever. I would highly recommend staying away the incompetence of the staff takes away from the convenience of the delivery.
