I am not impressed with their delivery service to the point where I'm not even sure why they have one. I have had several issue with it since I began going there 1 year and a half ago. They say their cut off time for your order to be delivered is 530 pm being that I work until 5 Monday through Friday this is great news! Or so I thought I got off early on Tuesday which is my favorite day to order considering the special and due to my situation I am unable to drop in and pick up but that's the reason they have a delivery service right? So I called to place an order a few minutes after 4 only to be denied my order because they have already sent out their delivery driver "for the day". I asked them if it was possible to spend an hour and a half making deliveries she said "yes so we need you to make orders early in the day" to which I stated that I just got off work there was no other way to call in earlier and her only response to that is "we can get you set up for a delivery tomorrow just not at the same price" which defeats the purpose of ordering on $10 Tuesday. It makes absolutely no sense to put your cut off time for delivery at 530 and then deny someone their order because they didn't order early enough in your "personal opinion". I suggest tweaking your delivery system or times weather you have two or three specific times you group together to make drop offs or get one driver for out of town deliveries and one for in town or whatever because to have it set up the way it is just doesn't seem to be working very well as I am not the only who I've heard complain about your system.
