Don't bother asking for a special order, asking them to hold something or even call you when it's back in stock. They don't care about pain. They lie, say they'll hold 8 of something and two hours later they've sold over half because they never set them aside in the first place and try to convince you the three left on the shelf is what they said they would hold(but it's still on the shelf!). Called today, we have five on the shelf but didn't call you even though we promised to have your special order of 16, we couldn't get it from the manufacturer so we are just selling what we did get and not bothering to notify you that you won't get your order. No sorry you were in pain cuz we can't run a business properly. There are other options in Lansing that don't lie to your face, FYI.
