Seattle Tonics provides a very lovely shopping atmosphere. It's a large store with a variety of products. The customer service was helpful while I was there, but there was an error with my order. I purchased a cartridge that was working just fine when I got it. I threw away my receipt thinking there wouldn't be any issues. The next day when I went to go take my medicine before eating, and I noticed the cartridge wasn't working anymore. I called the store, and they politely told me I was shit out of luck. If you do go to this location, I would recommend keeping all receipts incase of any manufacturing errors with your products.
