Terrible customer service and a very hit or miss product at an exorbitant price point. They lost my paperwork 3 times and even though they were 100% at fault for locking me out of my account for six weeks they felt no need to apologize. They then proceeded to ship me moldy product... it's like they are allergic to customer service and quality.
