1.) I purchased an ounce of OG Bubba Kush, it came in two half-ounce containers....one seemed better than the other. It was rated AAA, which is about where I'd put it also. 2.) The live chat option takes way too long. It took me over an hour to order one ounce. The "chatters" consistently take over 4 minutes to respond to each query. If I would've ignored the pop-up chats (which I would recommend that everyone do) it would have taken about ten minutes to sign up for an account, and place the order. 3.) Although I thought the service was lacking, overall it was an easy and successful process, and the product was delivered on the third business day as stated. It definitely is better than the black market, and the prices are comparable. Not to mention that out of the entire ounce I only ended up with about a half gram of stalk. I would recommend this company to a friend, but I would suggest they not use the live chat.
