product quality sucks went in tonight and picked up two copperstate carts when I got home an opened my bag I saw that both where carts from December an november of 2020 aside from dates they are half way filled totally not worth the 35 dollars its basically a half of a half gram not worth the trip

So I made my first medical purches of 2020 an it was horrible some one an I do belive that who ever took my preorder took advantage of the situation an took 1.5oz out of my allotment. jay the budtender that was helping me at the time noticed that my allotment was going to be super low he told me if I had already made a purches that day I told him no that what he was checking me out with was my first purches of the year. well he called a manger an they said they where going to look into it last night.i called the dispansary like 2 houra after they had informed me of all that had happen to get an update an all they said was we are waiting on the people to come an check the computers but it looks like there was a purches made for 1.5oz we will continue to investage an call u back either tonight or tomorrow with more info. I call this morning for an update an the manager doesn't even have the nerve to pick up an talk to me personally. instead I get so called answers from the receptionist an she says that they check an it was an accident by one of the budtenders an that nobody used my card. but if this is true why didn't the manager talk to me him self. this feels like there giving me the run around so that they have time to cover there tracks. I'm am disapointed in natures at this point you guys are here to help us with the medicen we need an instead it feels to me like ive been just pushed off to the side like some one who isn't important. please please be very careful if u choose to get ur meds here. because in all honesty I trusted them an now that trust is broken an I'm left with 2 grams for my medicen for the next two weeks :( which I'm not going to lie is pretty much nothing an not even enough to cover a week. I hope that no one has to go thru this an if u do don't let them push u around. I guess they saw me as a push over that they could take advantge off.
