I tried exchanging a brand new unopened cartridge within 24 hours of purchase with my receipt and they refused to exchange. It was unopened new and could easily be resold. I was going to pay the difference and they still refused. This place is not about providing satisfaction to its patients. Save your money and go elsewhere where they actually care for their patients.
