Nice little dispensary, didn't feel out of place! Love that they sell "samples" of new strains... Dolly Cookies is on point! KEEP THAT ONE!!!! Also tried some Orange Creamsicle and super sherb, also nice strains!!
With this pandemic, things have been crazy at all dispensaries. I think this was the fastest I've been in and out in a long time! I miss the conversations and actually seeing the flower before buying it, but a GREAT experience.
WORST experience yet and I've been a card holder for 3 years and visit as many dispensaries as possible. To start, the front desk girl CAN NOT multitask to save her life, took my cards and never said another word to me, I grabbed the paper, filled it out and left it on the desk bc she was just way too busy. Second, "We are just busy " should be their motto! It's their excuse for EVERYTHING. Then, I told the girl at the desk that I placed a Leafly Express, she apparently wasn't paying attention to anything I said. So I sat for at least 30 minutes and was seeing people that came in 10 minutes after me going back. I went up to the counter to inquire, and the girl looked at me like I was an alien, grabbed my card and put it in the express box, NEVER SAYING A WORD TO ME. So by now I'm already beyond pissed. Went back and the manager used her being new as an excuse for poor customer service.
First time patient, was greeted by someone "who hates her job". She looked and acted like me walking in made her day the worst ever. All the strains smelled like the air freshener they were using. The battery I bought doesn't work. I wasn't given a receipt and after getting home realized I wasn't given my change Either, it wasn't much,but its the principal! By far the worst experience I've had. The only reason there is a star is because I couldn't submit without!
