I heard a lot of great things about WhitePalm and registered a while ago, but I must say I got a really unpleasant experience with my first order not received and marked processed. I placed an order on Sunday last week, made the required payment they cashed, received a Canada Post tracking number this week on Tuesday. The tracking number is not recognized by Canada Post system and despite at least 5 attempts to contact for help remain unanswered so far. I was directed at some point to send a message to a ‘Dean’ who has still to respond to my two emails, in the last one of which I let them know that I am not following up again and is ready to loose the money they received.
