I went in to exchange a faulty cartridge the manager did not handle the situation professionally, then proceeded to give me another faulty cartridge thinking that I wouldn’t notice. He said I was lucky because they don’t even allow exchanges sometimes, which doesn’t make sense if they are selling below average/ broken products. However, love the security guard at this location

Advertise "best cartridge deals" but if you go to other stores on 8 mile the prices are better.
