BEWARE OF THE VN PURPLE!!!. I went in today for some of the louis xiii but they only had little baby nugs smaller than an m&m. They all reccomeded the VN PURP. Well it has no terps smell and really no taste in a joint. It hits ok but doesnt last long. Id love to try the pheno they had in the sample jar tho. SMH . Bless their hearts because they are all so nice. But I need the terps. I wish the staff would take a quick course on terpenes and the medicinal benefits of them. So when I come in asking for the terps they know what Im talking about. Much love to the staff tho. They try real hard and are hella nice.

I see some room for improvement in a few areas at this location. The flower samples all smelled like tobacco and the attendant attributed it to being 3week old samples. Really? Really? A dispensary that cant rotate the samples more than once a month? Anyway I was skeptical of the bagged product I would get so I mentioned a few times that I hope the bagged medicine doesn't smell or taste like the sample. She again assured me it would taste and smell better. Well I just got home and opened both kinds the OG Kush and Blue Cheese both smell like tobacco and taste like weird subway sandwich bread or something. And the smoke is very harsh and burns my nostrils. So either the budtender does not know what terpenes are or doesnt care enough to be honest with people willing to spend money. I probably will not return based on this experience. Im sure there is an honest shop with quality meds in Tempe somewhere.

Top notch service as soon as I walked in. The guy who helped me knew what good trees are and steered me right where I wanted to go. Hats off to the Tube campaign too. Pretty cool idea.

These guys responded and showed up before anyone else even called me back. I applaud their delivery time considering how far out I live. The volunteer driver was very courteous and the customer service is second to none. They made sure I am satisfied and stand by their product.

This seemed to be a fairly OK location. They had security out front which is nice, and special parking. I was however pretty disappointed with the full 1/8 of mini lower branch buds I received. There was not one nug over the size of my thumbnail in the whole container. Had I looked it would have returned it right there. But the "Sample" bud they showed me looked so good I didn't question checking the container. In all fairness this medicine should have been priced a lot lower than the top shelf price tag it had. The medicine they gave me was all lower branch undeveloped buds that fell very short of their advertised 20+% THC so I am beyond disappointed and will most likely never visit there again. The budtenders seemed nice but should have informed me of the miniature diet nugs I was getting . Any real patient knows lower branch buds don't medicate as well as mature middle or top nugs . So I feel taken advantage of.
