Checked out this dispensary on recommendation. I have to say that although their selection was nice, the bud tender assisting (can we even really call it that?) seriously needs to be elsewhere. She acted like she didn't even want to help me, and it was clear from the beginning she didn't have any knowledge of the actual cannabis on offer. This is what happens when you have a product that sells itself, you forget that some customers actually do care about service- no matter what they are buying. You are not the only game in town, and while your flower is kind of nice, its no different than any of the other dispensaries that are dotted throughout Denver. You want some free advice? Choose bud tenders with some experience in growing and have a solid background on different strains. A relationship built with customers- no matter what the merchandise sold- is a critical component to any business success. It was a real turnoff to go into a dispensary and be given attitude by a 20 something who was bored with her job.
