I suffer from severe anxiety and Tourette's Syndrome and cbd is the greatest thing I have ever discovered that helps my bad tics which are caused by anxiety from going out of the house. When my tics are bad I smoke a joint of cbd cannabis and in particular ringos gift is the best cbd strain I have come across. I used to take benzos like xanax and clonozopam and also clonodine and seroquel and 1 joint of cbd like ringos gift helps more then all these medications combined. It stops my tics instantly and melts away my anxiety and it makes you have the munchies but in a good way. It doesnt give you a physcoactive thc like high but it just loosens you up and you feel very very relaxed. And I can;t smoke thc strains because I get panic attacks but a trick i discovered is mixing my cbd with a bit of indica works wonders.
