Been here a few times. Been disappointed almost every time. Staff seems so scattered and not sure of what is going on. They carry good product. But I would rather go somewhere with better service.

Just recently started going here and I absolutely enjoy my experiences that I had here. Very friendly and polite staff. Whom are extremely helpful. I look forward to coming in because everyone is so welcoming. They also have donation boxes for the Spokane Humane Society! Which I find wonderful. Good prices. Great selection. Nice set up. This is my new go to place.

I used to really enjoy coming here. The last few times I’ve been in the customer service has been TERRIBLE. Unfriendly, unwelcoming employees. Treat me as though I’m an idiot. Didn’t give me my discounts that they say they have. I was not happy about that. Act like they don’t even want to help you. I highly recommend you do not go here. I know I won’t be going back. There are plenty of other places on Trent to stop in.

This is my favorite place to go! Every time I come in I always receive a warm and inviting welcome. Especially from Jessica! Everyone that works here is great. But Jessica keeps me coming back! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never been disappointed with stuff she suggests. I also enjoy coming here because they have an excellent selection. They also have a large selection of different kinds of drinks and treats! Which I can’t seem to find anywhere else!
