Surterra Wellness - Bradenton

I used to like Surterra on 53rd ave in Bradenton. I would love to know when DJ has his days off or no longer works there because my last several visits he has not been a very nice bud tender or assistant manager to me have actually had to go out to the parking lot and call customer service 2 times so he would sell me the products I needed and dispense the way I needed them it's a shame because the encounters with him are ridiculous and I refuse to be treated like that so No more Surterra for me unless they rectify the problem! He's rude and refuses to do what's noted on my account my last visit I picked out a 26% thc flower he said he had to get some more from the back didn't tell me what he was giving me was almost 10% less thc did he do it intentionally I think so since he's been like this to me my last several visits
