I am not a card holder and haven't smoked for 20+ years but I was so happy to be able to go in and be able to get a gift certificate for someone who is very special to me. They were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. They answered all my questions without making me feel stupid since I don't have a lot of knowledge in their stuff. Thank you guys so much it was a positive experience and a much more exciting gift than a plain old walmart gift certificate. When gave it to him he was enjoying trying to decide what he would do with it and I got a huge grin and hug.
