Another dispensary full of very kind people. They seem to be pretty knowledgable, but I was sold an oral syringe full of 'hash oil'. Except I couldn't get a clear answer on whether it was for oral or vaporizing use, or both, and I got multiple answers on it. I ended up wasting most of it on attempted vaporization, although that led me to be able to tell that it was not very THC-potent. I was very disatisfied but after talking to them, they kindly replaced it for free. I was disappointed again when I found the potency very lacking. Apparently it works for some people, but not for me- and my potency isn't even that high. For the money you're paying, I feel you should get more medicine. But other than that, on the good side, I highly recommend the smaller, lower-priced baked items, which can pack a little punch, especially to less experienced patients. They also have the best selection of dried flower of the three RI dispensaries right now, with the best pricing system and the highest selection of lower-price high quaity buds. That wins a lot of points!

A lot of pros and cons with this dispensary. I feel like this dispensary is the model for others in this state, yet it doesn't quite reach the bar with product quality or price-to-product ratio. This may be no fault of their own- I've heard complaints of overtaxation and etc by customers and others. But either way, this dispensary can't compete with the street prices that many patients can find, and that others should be able to find and thus pay less. TCC has a very professional, clean, and friendly building with a cool, comforting atmosphere. It looks like it was an old venue. It has the standard "pass your card through the door" security and is an unmarked building in a slightly-but-not-overly spooky area. It seems like most of the locals know the dispensary is there. Some secrets are sacred! The employees are all kind, cool, and fairly but varyingly knowledgeable on their stuff. They do see a lot of people and make pretty solid recommendations, but I feel like a patient is usually going to be stuck figuring out what works best for them. Partly inevitable, partly not... and it's a shame, because the prices can be really substantial. One 5ml oral oil syringe with a purported 990mg THC in it runs more than a lot of traffic tickets cost, and doesn't have the "kick you on your ass" potency that you would hope when you're paying so much. And that's the thing- nothing really does. The buds are all beautiful, but most are in the fairly expensive high and medium tier categories. The most I've seen in their low price category was one strain myself, usually none, and it's still the same or less than what you can get on the street, quality-vs-price. So while I'd love to say TCC is the best around or my favorite, I have to say that all the RI dispensaries need a lot of work. The law may need to be reworked to make dispensaries competitive with patient, caregiver and co-op growers, and the street supply. Still, TCC's people are great and friendly, and their program to provide heavily discounted meds to very ill patients is indispensable.
