I have Dysautonomia & trend towards Sativas over Indicas. Hybrids in general are very miss or hit. Mostly miss hence the way I said it. This is sadly one of them. Knowing it's a Diesel strain & Sour Diesel is good for me, this acts like an Indica. It makes you lazy, snappy, & in a bad mood all day. I'm tired & went to play Mini-golf on it & my girlfriend said I was a grouch the whole time. I didn't feel well. I got home & just wanted to lay in bed. I got zero benefits from this at all. If anything I could say that it might help you sleep & is a better safer alternative than say Lavender or a strong Myrcene strain with no other terps to balance it out.

I suffer from Dysautonomia which is rare, but basically it means you can't trust reviews. Things will act very different on your body than the majority of people. It's important to note that anyone with Central Nervous System issues might have this effect. That being said if you are reading the reviews & saying "What are these people talking about? I got a totally different experience" you're not alone. Indicas for me don't make me sleepy or help with anxiety. Sativas do that because I get much better pain relief & my social anxiety goes away. I focus less on any 1 task but my lightning quick wit comes back even if I can't stay on a topic long. Eventually I come down & if I try to smoke again I can't repeat the effects. I just get worn down & tired as the day goes on. Then it's sleep time. It should be noted this strain isn't the best for this, Jack Herer is better, & Myakka Gold started out better as well but it seems I got immune to it. This became my fall back option since our dispensaries here don't keep the same strains in stock all year. It's difficult when you have specific needs like I do. All in all if I take a full hit I can still trigger an anxiety attack so caution is advised of you have PTSD or something similar. Still it's a safer & more mild strain than most I've tried & ok in a pinch. I'll use it at home, but not in public. I can't control it enough for that.

Lavender

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STRAIN IF YOU HAVE NEUROLOGICAL ISSUES OR DYSAUTONOMIA! Contrary to what ratings say, Dysautonomia causes random & sometimes opposite reactions to medications, coffee, stimulation in general, & of course marijuana or drugs. So I had to map terpenes & find my own reaction to each of them & not go by what this site says. Research said Indicas would be best for my symptoms, however the Sativas that have higher risk of anxiety actually are safer for me & my panic attacks. I take less than half of recommended dose & probably a quarter of Lavender. I cannot tolerate it at all. Full blow paranoia, anxiety, chills, blood pressure rising, knowing I'm going to die all occur. It takes a ton of Xanax to get it to back off, meditation, years of training, & no lights, sound, or stimulation, plus a very warm blanket with a hoodie on to stop the shaking to prevent seizures. Pain can actually INCREASE in this situation. For most people this probably is fine. My girlfriend loves it. Myrcene by itself can be dangerous I learned without other terpenes to balance. The "L's" & "C's" I found are best if your like me & find this to be adverse to you. Jack Herer, Myakka Gold, Sour Diesel, & similar profiles all do better for pain. I'd say learn the terps then pick the flowers. Don't pick by symptoms etc. Be smart!

Indicas are dangerous in general to me. I have dysautonomia & for whatever reason weed acts the opposite usually of what it says. Makes you sleepy? Nope. Anti-anxiety? Instant panic attack. So this is one of the few Indicas I can tolerate. At a low dose (probably 25-50%) what most people take. 1 sec or less drags on a vape & holding for 1 sec tops & I will get stressed. There will be a heavy weight on the top of my skull & this will cause me to fight a panic attack centered on my central nervous system off. Your brain in that location controls motor function so it's not a coincidence that I nearly lose control & have a seizure due to this strain. In the effort of getting it to pass, I turn off all lights, sounds, etc & lay in bed. The stress puts me to sleep, so yeah in that regard it does help with sleep. Just not how you'd think. There is some focus to it, however when you have anxiety the past thing you want is to focus too much. If you can't get your mind off the panic, you can become trapped & this strain is terrible for that. Indicas supposedly are better for anxiety bit in my experience Sativas work better. They give me energy, & I can't focus long enough to realize what triggered me. Pay attention to the terpenes & if you have nervous system disorders you'll see Jack Herer, Sour Diesel, Myakka Gold, Double Dream all work well. All have similar profiles. This profile & others like it (Lavender for example) are dangerous. Lavender is even worse than this. I cannot tolerate it at all.

One of the few strains that won't give me a panic attack. Ofc I have to be just right with the dose. Anything over a single hit & I need 2-3 mg of Xanax to save my life. A short 1 second drag off a vape pen & 1 second held in & wait 20-30 mins & I'm alert & energetic. That energy makes me forget about my pain. The only issue is that it can be intense & you need to I careful with it. I find if panic sets it, find a dexterity oriented task to do: ie: throwing a ball against a wall, or flipping a pill bottle in the air & really focusing on the colored lid & making sure you catch it by the lid each time. Start with 3-5 rotations & work your way up to 20-30 rotations. These skills use so much brain power - it's hard to be anxious.
