Had a great first order with WhitePalm. Unfortunately, it stopped after that. The second order never arrived, and when I informed them they said they needed to launch a Canada Post investigation - no refund, no resending of the order. 2 weeks later and no news, they finally agreed to resend my order. 2 of 4 items arrived, and a third (vape pen) was included by the label had peeled off, so it obviously wasn't the one I ordered. Other item simply wasn't included. They haven't answered me since I asked about the missing item. Lost about $100. Pretty sad for a company that boasts about their good service.
