Without question and by a large margin, this is the most unprofessional dispensary I've run across! No phone (can't buy a cell phone plan?), no way to check if they have what is listed in stock and now they don't even have store hrs listed!? I stopped by to see if they had UW, War Vet Dad loves it, but they were closed mid day??? They do have nice staff, but so do most all dispensaries. Avoid this flakey store and go down the street to Parisdise Found or any other dispensary! They need a better rating system. This is not a 4.5 star store!

New Vansterdam is like FAO Schwarz for Adults and it's Christmas every day! I've only been to 9 Dispensaries, all but New Vansterdam are in Portland and I don't think those 8 Dispensaries total inventory can match NV selection! All the employees I dealt with me were friendly and knowledgeable! Thier concentrate selection was pretty weak. The prices are higher than where I normally go, but there are deals. Thier pre-rolls are reasonable at $5 a gram with High THC.

All prices are pre tax, not stated anywhere that stands out (they aren't the only guilty dispensary)!? So unless you have a med card, add 20% to the prices. Some ounces advertised as Bud, but are shake or trim!? The employee I dealt with shouldn't be interacting with people period! Guessing a relative, as he/she was that bad! Check out Budding Culture (2 blocks off 68th and Halsey) or Paridise Found (107th and Halsey)! I hate writing reviews, unless service is real bad or real good.

I dealt with the proprietor, "Charlie", super nice and personable! I purchased 5g of Forbidden Fruit 1gram concentrate by RXO and 4 of the 5 packages were all over the retail Package!? I went around 8pm and the weather was below 70. Horrible packaging desision by RXO; All other concentrate makers use an envelope type of wrap and I've never had Concentrate leaking issues! RXO packages thier Concentrate by folding but the top is not folded over to prevent leaking!? Open your RXO package before leaving! Very disappointed!!! In freezer, hoping I only lose 10%. Still would go back, but would open RXO concentrate before leaving!!!!
