Everything from the wait in line, all the way to register was just right. Folks were happy, engaged and on top of their game. I visited the neighbor dispensary and oh man, Theory got this one right. Flower was spotless, service was spotless, just don't like the weird debit/cash or nothing. I don't think this is their fault, but get some credit machines in. I'd pay for that and no doubt your customers would spend more. Best wishes - Ted

It was slow on my last visit, but I think I know why. I was in GB at theory and their product is hands down better. I feel like Temescal is just trying to rifle product out and not looking at quality. The service was good, engaged team and the store was kind of cluttered and messy. I get a sense that theory runs theirs like a hospital with cleanliness and temsecal operates more like a gas station. With all of that said, time brings hope. I'll come back for another try after they get things tidied up.
