Amateurs with terrible customer service.
I placed an order and sent payment on Monday, as they have a guarantee for orders processed before Tuesday morning.
Tuesday night my payment is still not received and I send them an email. Wednesday morningb a full two days later, they process my order and send me an email not to worry.
Well now I'm screwed with a delivery date of Wednesday, not Friday, a full nine days after placing the order. I specifically ordered early to ensure delivery of my anxiety meds before the long weekend but they couldn't be bothered.
I replied Wednesday, asking about the two day delay to process an e-transfer, just wanting to know if I need to plan for this when I order from them. Their response was to tell me that my order was outside business hours (WTF?!) and that I neede to order before Tuesday to get it by Friday. Basically, they had no clue what was going on. I pointed out that I had done both of those things, and they ceased replying. It has now been two days since they have responded to me. But hey, it's still another dive days until my weed gets here so I guess they have time. I certainly don't expect them to open their inboxes over the holiday.
So yeah, DO NOT TRUST THEM, they gaurantee things on their website and then express absolutely no concern or even basic customer service skills when those gaurantees are neglected.
