The staff was uninformed and clueless. Not friendly or professional. Medicine was really poor quality. Not to mention the place smelled like body odor so badly I could barely breathe.

It's really disappointing when the staff here don't always honor the 'buy three or more concentrates get five dollars off of each gram', especially when I usually buy around ten grams when I come in here! Sometimes they honor it sometimes they don't. So what's the deal here? This discount offer is the first thing you see when you go to the next level website. This is my only complaint otherwise your products are amazing!
