I bought a defective vape cartridge and they refused to exchange it. It was hard to draw, it made my cheeks hurt. I went to the west Tropicana location to see if there was a way to fix it. They said they tested it, but all they did was fry my vape cartridge. It tasted burned and it was still hard to draw. From the minute I presented the defective product they were giving me attitude like I was lying or trying to scam them. I have no idea what their deal was. I was treated awful and I left feeling cheated. I will never go back to essence. Yeah, they are nice when they are trying to sell you something. Hopefully, you never have to return a bad product to them. They need to retrain their staff so they will have better customer service skills when it comes to dissatisfied customers. I will make sure to tell all my friends about my experience.
