Even though there was a bit of a wait, the staff on hand made sure it was pleasant enough with comfy seating, pleasant vibe (excellent tune selection, btw) and some freebies to help us all relax; there is also a vending machine option for folks who don't need to speak to a budtender. Tender was well-informed and knew her stocks and flowers, and the current house specials of the day (i chose one of the two grams for fifteen options) were awesome; she was even able to weigh out $20 worth of the 2-for-$15 flower choice. Very well done, very personable but professional. Definitely worth the trip to Lansing; wish there was a branch of Kind nearer to me. Keep up the good work, folks!
