the staff at Have a Heart are always knowledgeable, just let them know what you're looking for, whether you're looking for something for pain, or sleep, or just a relaxing bowl after work. I have gone to Have a Heart for years now and I think Jade is tops, she has NEVER steered me wrong, she is great. I asked her advise they other day and age steered me to Cherries Jubilee.
