I just LOVE inconsistent application of non-disclosed policies by each employee. One day you can get your veteran discount and the next day it doesn't apply to the same purchase it applied to last time. Then, to have certain employees do extra, is downright amusing too. When I ask a pointed question, it's super cool to have the employee who refuses to give you a discount you just got the day before, offer up another take on five additional policies that are irrelevant. Because a lecture in front of other patrons in a tiny, awkward space makes me feel my best! I didn't know you got free devaluing self therapy with every other purchase. Score!
My favorite: how if you are a regular (I'm not and won't be), the advertised price for less expensive grams will be raised for you. A real "thank you" to those regulars. You all must be working with a top notch customer service consultant to reach these heights of loyalty satisfaction.
And the product, offered up in plastic bottles ... ain't worth the gas and extras they serve up. And that I mean. Go elsewhere. You'll thank me.
