They have a vape cartridge return policy valid for 24 hours after purchase. While my cartridge was not defective, I asked for a "Strawberry" and received a "Strawberry Cough". Discovered mistake and tried to return the unopened package to exchange it for a different strain. Manager stated that contents were partially gone and would not exchange it - despite the fact that the package was unopened when I returned it. I was essentially called a liar. No sweat - been called worse in my 67 years on this planet. They make a huge point of telling customers about vape cartridge return policy - just make sure you understand their terms if you ever plan on returning one. Up until this encounter, I was relatively pleased with the quality and the service. They still have decent quality and the budtenders are pretty good, but my experience with their Manager left a lot to be desired.
