Hit and miss on the quality. You have to pay for the premium product if you want something really good, but if you don't need something really strong, there are lots of inexpensive options. I've never seen weed so inexpensive.
I would imagine the staff is OK, but with the vending machines, you never actually have to talk to anyone. Location works, the one on Commercial is out of the way enough that you can find parking, and get in and out without 100s of people seeing you.
