After being sold a gram of shatter from here that was more like terp sauce crossed with honey, yes even after freezing, I called them to let them know the shatter they sold me was not shatter. Two different employees told me they are not responsible for any product they sell. How could any business not be responsible for what they are selling you? Would the AZ Dept of Health agree that they are not responsible for what they sell? Even John agreed that the batch they were selling was not in shatter form. I asked to speak to a manager, left my name and number, and a week later no call. They really don’t care about their customers. Kind of pathetic if you can’t even make a phone call. Not sure if they are that lazy or if they really don’t care about their customers. It would be so easy to acknowledge the problem and try to do something reasonable to make it right. (15% discount is an embarrassment for a full gram of unusable shatter)
