I'm not generally the type of person to write a review, but after spending a ton of money at this place...I also bought a $20 "Be Simple" dab pen, and not even twelve hours after the purchase, the pen fell over one time and the glass part broke. I called and asked if I could come in and exchange it or get a refund. The answer was a stone cold, "No." Honestly, I will never go back to this dispensary after being treated like that. It's obvious this dispensary's sole purpose is profit and not customer service at all. I understand that a business needs money to make it, but a business shouldn't be greedy or rude. A business should always aim to please their customers, especially the ones who spend the most money there. This dispensary just lost a great customer for life.
