Pretty disappointed as of late and I've been a WEEKLY customer for a few YEARS now. First: The last flower I ordered had so many stems,its like they dont even try to trim it down any more. Second, placed a phone order, told them no hurry as I wouldn't be in to pick it up until later in the day. I just received a phone call saying, it was ready, but when I reminded them I wouldn't be in until later, the girl was rather rude and said I shouldn't order until later, if I wasn't going to pick it up right away, as there are alot of people waiting. So package my order and set it aside, and help others. The REASON I called so early, was the last TWO times I ordered I ended up waiting 45-60 minutes and NEVER received a call back saying my order was ready.
