Terrible experiences on multiple occasions. They will not return messages when you have issues. They lie about their product and what people say about their product. They used to have some what decent cheap flower, but even that is garbage now. Not worth it, PLEASE STAY AWAY. Not good peeps. I confronted them about bad flower. I wanted to exchange or get a refund. What I got was an email of them lecturing me about how I should expect the quality to be not as good since its cheaper and I can either continue shopping with them, or get a refund and be suspended. Their website literally used to called it "Top Shelf Sale Flower" and they want to tell me it's never been top shelf. They are full of lies and deceit. Good, honest people would care about medical patients. Instead, they obviously only care about material gains. They still have the audacity to be offended by the truth. I was a long time customer, ever after all my issues in the past! Not anymore! They treat you like a customer at a meat market! I am a medical patient who needs quality medicine, not misinformation about how this is really on me. I would have never purchased this product if I knew it wasn't good anymore.

I overlooked Santa Ana Measure BB and it mentions no where of a requirement to have a California Issued ID. The only requirement as far as IDs go is you must have a government issue ID. It is really sad that you guys couldn't even double check. You can if you want to, but I promise I am right.

Very nice professional set up. I received a half gram of the gold hash and it was just amazing! Took my back pain right away! Haven't tried the tree or edibles, but the cheap hash is still amazing!

Check your news letter! It shows every listed stated license dispensary and this isn't one! Unless you want the sherriff's department to raid them while you're there, I would recommened going to another dispensary.

I've been here a couple times. Both times led me to be high suspicous of this place. The first time I went here one of the people there told me that one of their strains tested at 27% THC, which if you know anything about cannabis that's incredibly high. He showed me it and it was no where near the quality of top shelf. Every strain I saw was midgrade, I'm sure they might have one or two high grade strains, but even then they all lacked that look. I didn't purchase anything that time because I was very disappointed in what I had looked at. The second time I came I bought a preroll because I was right down the street and had little time. They claimed their prerolls contained .7. I read a few reviews saying they shorted them. I don't smoke papers anyway so I emptied it out the entire contents on to my scale to see how much I really got. It weighed out to .5. I would recommend if you want better service, better quality, more product, that you go to medical clubs instead of dispensaries such as this one. A good club to go to is Tempe Wellness Club near Mill Ave and on Southern. Another one is AZ Elevated on the Northwest corner of Extention and Southern. Both clubs have high quality medicine at reasonable donations. I hope someone can mind this information helpful.

Been a frequint patient for a good reason, this is by far the best collective in the valley. Vary reasonably priced meds which I have yet to been let down by. Literally every single thing I have gotten has been high quality and very helpful to my chronic back pain. A friendly environment with very knowledgable volunteers. Beware of any other dispensary or collective as I have been told by many of them personally that their low quality meds were testing at 20-30% when it was obviously some midgrade. If you want real medicine that is actually quality grown and available in several different Sativa, Indica and hybrid strains then this place is for you. You can really tell the difference in a place like this which helps patients and a place that helps line the pockets of the government.

After I left my previous review they contacted me and hooked me up and made things right. They definitely care about customer service it really made my day! The blue dream is to die for!
