During my last experience (previous wrote a review about it but deleted it cause I didn't like bashing you and still really don't) tonight was first time I was there, but last time I was apparently banned for being upset and having your bud tender fix the problem) check the transaction. anyway, I would like to be contacted by the GM, not by the rude kid who said he was manager on duty tonight) You gave me the wrong product and your Bud Tender argued with me before finally going into store and fixing problem and then had me banned? It was 1g RSO that she argued I needed to use the .5 gram formula for concentrate percentages. I have never argued with any of your Bud tender. I would like a response that I am unbanned so I do not have to take to the Cannabis board that you are denying a medical patient medicine and if you cannot, I would like an official ban (no one told me until being denied my meds tonight) sent to my residence, the length of ban, the date/time
