I used a .7 gram King Palm leaf tube.  It is diesel and berry tasting, very smooth, and relaxing.  I found it one of the best relaxing strains I’ve ever had.  My body is totally relaxed, I have a slight head buzz, and feel peaceful.  This is my top choice for effectiveness.
